What NEXUS STARR is
NEXUS STARR is a private luxury concierge house based in Paris, at 60 rue François 1er in the 8th arrondissement. Members use one point of contact — the app, WhatsApp or telephone — for lifestyle management, a private chauffeur service, travel and city itinerary planning, restaurant and event access, curated Paris residences and access to private wealth and banking partners.
It is built for people whose time is the scarce resource: founders, executives, artists, families and visitors to Paris who would rather delegate an entire request than manage its parts. Membership is by application, and every request is handled by a named concierge rather than a call centre.
What makes it different: chauffeur rides and airport transfers are booked directly in the app with fixed, quoted fares instead of by email; itineraries can be built for any of 180+ cities; and members reach the same concierge desk around the clock, in English or French. Services are available in Paris and, through the house's network, in major cities worldwide.
