1. Who we are

NEXUS STARR is a luxury concierge house based in Paris, France. Contact: info@nexus-starr.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email, full name, phone number, avatar.
  • Authentication data: sign-in provider (Apple / Google / email), encrypted password (email only).
  • Login activity: sign-in / sign-out / failed sign-in events with timestamp, IP address, and device user-agent — used to secure your account.
  • Booking data: chauffeur and concierge requests you submit.
  • Concierge chat: messages you send to our AI concierge widget (processed by our AI provider, retained only for service quality).

3. How we use it

  • To provide concierge and chauffeur services you request.
  • To secure your account and detect suspicious sign-ins.
  • To improve the app. We do not sell your data.

4. Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email. We will only receive Apple's private relay address and your name (if you share it).

5. Data sharing

We share data only with processors required to deliver the service: our cloud backend, AI gateway, and (when you book) the chauffeur partner who fulfills the ride.

6. Your rights

You can view, edit and delete your account from the Account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, login history, and bookings.

7. Retention

Login history is kept for up to 12 months. Bookings are kept for accounting purposes (up to 5 years as required by French law). All other data is removed when you delete your account.
