1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the NEXUS STARR app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

NEXUS STARR provides concierge and chauffeur booking services. Confirmation of any booking is subject to availability and our discretion.

3. Account

You must be 18+ to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payment

Pricing is communicated per booking. Payment terms are agreed at confirmation.

5. Cancellation

Chauffeur bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup may incur the full fare.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the concierge chat (no abusive, illegal, or automated requests).

7. Liability

NEXUS STARR's liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Paris courts.
